2. How to Request a Refund

  • You will receive a receipt confirmation the same business day.
  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your country and bank. In most cases, you’ll see the funds returned within 3–5 days.

3. Important: Remove Your Payment Information

We don’t store your credit card information on our servers. If you’ve signed up for a subscription, we recommend logging into your customer account and deleting your card details after cancellation to ensure full control of your data.

4. Refunds by Payment Method

  • Stripe: Refunds will be returned to your original payment card.
  • PayPal: Funds are returned to your PayPal account or linked card.
